    TURNAROUND TIME:Turnaround time begins once payment and all required project details have been received. Most orders are completed within 24–48 hours. Website projects are typically completed within 72 hours. Turnaround times do not include holidays.
    COMMUNICATION (BUSINESS HOURS):Responses are typically sent between 12PM–8PM. Messages may be answered outside of these hours, including weekends. JTDezignLab is only closed on holidays.
    CANCELLATIONS & PROJECT CHANGES: Once a project has started it cannot be canceled, and major changes to the original direction will require additional fees.
