- If you cancel 5 days before the event, there will be no charge.
  
  If you cancel 2-4 days before the event, you will be responsible for cattle and office fees.
  
  If you cancel 1 day before the event or on the morning of the event, you will be responsible for all entry fees.
  
  CoVRHA reserves the right to cancel an event within 48 hours prior to the event.
