Practice Lab is a week-long workshop intensive run by Chunky Move Artistic Director Antony Hamilton. Participants will engage in the practice and choreographic methodologies used by Antony across his catalogue of creative works.

- Dates: Monday 6 – Friday 10 July 2026
- Location: Chunky Move, 111 Sturt St Southbank, Melbourne
- Hours: 9:30am – 5:00pm daily
- Fee: $500
- Capacity: 23 positions available
Who can apply?
Applicants must be aged 18+ and fulfill at least one of the following:
- Have studied dance for a minimum 5 years
- Are studying full-time or part-time in a pre-professional dance training course or equivalent
- Be an upcoming or recent graduate of a tertiary or accredited dance training course
- Be a professional dancer or choreographer
Applications received that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Applications will close once places are filled and will be reviewed and accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Applicants can expect to hear about the outcome of their application within two weeks of submission.
Information regarding payment options will be emailed through once an application is accepted. Payment plans are available on request.
