    Stop guessing. Be intentional.

    🔥 4. Pick your poison
    No alcohol, no takeaway, an extra session per week etc 👀

    🔥 5. One “I Don’t Want To” Session Per Week
    The class you avoid.
    The weights you don’t want to increase.
    The early alarm.
    The hard thing.
    The stretch class.

    🔥 6. Limit Ultra-Processed Foods
    Not about restriction… just being more mindful of what you’re fuelling your body with.

    Non-negotiable.

    Phone down. Prioritise sleep. Set mobile/digital boundaries.
