  • Appointments are on a private, one-on-one basis and require strict arrival and pick up times. You have a 10 minute grace period for late arrival/late pick up. You agree to arrive on time for your appointment and pick up your pet on time.*
  • Per the previous policy, if you are over 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and a non-refundable $15 deposit will be required for future appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late for pick up, a late fee will be applied! Since late pickup interferes with other appointments, the amount charged will be determined by how late you were to pick up your pet.*

    This form must be submitted prior to securing an appointment with Pawz and Pose Grooming.
  • Please upload a copy of your pet(s) vaccination records in the field below. It is highly recommended that your pet be fully vaccinated. If your pet is older than 4 months, they must be up to date on their yearly rabies vaccine. You must provide proof of current rabies vaccination. Contact me directly to approve a waiver or exemption.*
