Owner Acknowledgment – Pricing and Leasing Discussion - I acknowledge and understand that one of the primary reasons a property may fail to rent is pricing that is not aligned with current market conditions. I confirm that I have had a discussion with my agent or property manager regarding this matter and have been made aware that pricing may be a key factor affecting leasing activity for my property.I further acknowledge that I have reviewed the recommendation to consider a price adjustment; however, I confirm that I have decided not to pursue a reduction in listing price at this time.
I understand that the following was agreed upon in the listing agreement and will apply to cover any expenses that may have been incurred for listing the property: "If owner secures tenant, or requests broker to remove the property from the rental market for any reason, a cancellation fee of $400 will apply to cover listing fees, photos, broker advertising fees, staff time in onboarding and showing the property, and other any other expenses incurred.

The property at {propertyAddress40} will no longer be under the listing of DeSantis Property Management effective on the first day following the termination date of {dateOwner37}. Effective upon termination, DeSantis Property Management will no longer provide any services, including but not limited to, visiting or monitoring the property in any capacity as well as turning the unit for sale or rental, including but not limited to trash haul out, cleaning, lawn care and repairs. Full responsibility for the care, upkeep, and maintenance of the property will rest solely with the owner. The owner is responsible for contacting all utility providers to ensure the continuation of service after the termination date. Additionally, the owner should review and, if necessary, update any applicable insurance policies. Once this form is acknowledged and signed, no further fees will be due to DeSantis Property Management, aside from any charges incurred through the termination date. After all final expenses have been processed and cleared, the account will be closed within 30 days. A final statement will be issued, and any remaining fees will be due upon receipt.
