    The breeder will provide as much support, education, and help as we can, but ultimately it is the buyer’s responsibility to be a prepared, loving, ethical, and responsible puppy owner.

    A puppy is a baby. He or she is learning and growing, and will make mistakes along the way. Normal puppy behavior includes: potty accidents in the house/kennel, crying at night, barking, nipping, biting, and chewing items. I understand that this is normal behavior and I expect them to happen in my home. I plan to handle these things with patience and love for the puppy.

    I understand that the puppy I get will be completely unvaccinated at the time of purchase. 

    I understand that there are canine medical issues (such as hip dysplasia) that are multi-factorial. Health testing can screen for these issues but cannot guarantee that they will never be present in my puppy. I commit to helping my dog live a healthy life through maintaining a healthy weight, quality nutrition, correct exercise (not overexercising), a safe environment, and gentle activities for his or her joints.

    I understand that temperament is much more important to choosing the perfect puppy for my family than color or physical appearance of the puppy.

    I understand that the breeder has the right to refuse to sell a puppy to anyone. The breeder makes the final decisions on the suitability of a puppy for a family, or a family for a puppy.

    I have answered all questions honestly. If any false statements have been given, the breeder reserves the right to refuse to place a puppy in my home.
