Monthly Programs & Packages

Duration:
Monthly rates cover the full 4-week program duration for the enrolled month. We highly recommend monthly enrollments to help your child build consistency and a comfortable routine!

Package Discounts: Combination package rates apply only when all selected programs are taken within the same month.
Walk-In Sessions

Subject to Availability:
Walk-in slots are limited and depend on the current class size.
If you are registering for a Walk-In rate, you must select your preferred date using the calendar below so we know when to expect you!
Absences & Cancellations

General Absences:
Because our program dates are set for the entire school year, we do not offer make-up classes for general absences.
Prolonged Illness: If your child gets sick and misses multiple classes, you may email us to request make-up sessions for the following month's program. Please note that these requests are subject to approval.
Weather & Holidays: In the event of unforeseen class cancellations (such as severe weather or late-notice holidays), we will make up for the missed session by extending the class hours on the remaining scheduled days.

To ensure quality attention, each time slot is strictly limited to a maximum of 10 students.

Program Policies and Agreement By registering for Smallville Monthly Programs, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to the following:Enrollment & Payments• Monthly program fees are non-refundable once payment has been made and the child’s registration has been confirmed.• Walk-in slots are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed by the school.• Enrollment is only considered confirmed once payment has been verified by the school.Attendance & Participation• Programs are designed to encourage consistency, routine, and gradual adjustment to the classroom environment.• Missed sessions are not automatically eligible for make-up classes unless otherwise approved by the school.Behavior & Classroom Expectations• Smallville reserves the right to communicate observations and concerns to parents/guardians regarding a child’s behavior, participation, adjustment, or interactions within the classroom.• In cases where a child demonstrates repeated aggressive, unsafe, or violent behavior toward classmates, teachers, or school property, the school may request a parent meeting and discuss appropriate next steps to ensure the safety and well-being of all children and staff.Materials & Classroom Environment• Children are expected to handle classroom materials with care and respect.• Parents/guardians may be held financially responsible for materials or equipment that are intentionally damaged, misused, or broken beyond normal wear and tear.• Any such incidents will be documented through an incident report and discussed privately with the parent/guardian after class.School Discretion• Smallville Montessori Katipunan reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to schedules, activities, themes, teachers, and classroom groupings when necessary for operational, safety, or educational purposes.
