Terms and Conditions:
By submitting an application and/or participating in the Summer Kick Off Market, all vendors agree to the following terms and conditions:
spaces are 10x10 and $35 a spot ALL OUTSIDE
* Event Date & Time: Summer Kick Off Market will take place from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM at 4870 Lockbourne Rd, Columbus, Ohio 43207.
* Vendor spaces are assigned at the discretion of NDE Designs LLC/Event Coordinators.
* Vendor fees are non-refundable.
* This is a rain or shine event unless otherwise stated by the organizer. Vendors are responsible for bringing proper equipment for weather conditions, including canopy tents, side walls, and canopy weights.
* All vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, extension cords, displays, and other setup materials.
* Canopy weights are REQUIRED. Vendors without proper weights may be asked to remove their tent or leave for safety reasons.
* Setup times will be communicated prior to the event. Vendors must be fully set up before the event begins and may not begin tearing down early without approval from the organizer.
* Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and removing all trash before leaving.
* Food vendors must comply with all local health department requirements, permits, and licenses.
* Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their employees, equipment, tents, or products.
* NDE Designs LLC, event organizers, property owners, and affiliates are not responsible for theft, damage, injury, accidents, weather-related issues, lost items, or vendor property.
* No illegal items, weapons, counterfeit items, drugs, drug paraphernalia, explicit material, or hazardous items may be sold.
* Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward customers, staff, and other vendors. Harassment, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.
* Electricity is not guaranteed unless specifically approved ahead of time.
* Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event.
* By participating, vendors grant permission for photos/videos of their booth and products to be used for promotional purposes by NDE Designs LLC.
* Vendors understand that market attendance and sales are not guaranteed.
* Failure to follow these terms may result in removal from the event without refund.
By submitting this application, the vendor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.
