Delegates are elected by plurality vote of the membership at the annual membership meeting in accordance with Association Bylaws Article IX to a one (1) year term beginning on August 1st following election. Delegates may only represent one (1) association at the State and USBC convention. If running from the floor this application must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the annual meeting.
