  • Welcome, families! Neuroverse Kids is an inclusive, multilingual, space-themed learning app for children ages 5–14. Your feedback helps us design accessible, sensory-friendly learning experiences. Responses are for research only and won’t identify your child — please avoid names or other identifying details. Required questions link parent and child responses to support analysis.

  • The Problem: Many learning tools do not meet the sensory needs, attention differences, or lived experiences of neurodivergent children. We aim to change that. Your input is vital in helping us create a universe where every child feels understood, supported, and celebrated. The Potential Solution: We are focusing on Michigan families first! The Michigan constellation map can guide cadets on their space missions. By providing more learning opportunities in a language or environment tailored to how they perceive the world, we can support all children, whether they are neurotypical or neurodivergent. Your feedback can help establish a new standard for inclusive learning in Michigan. By further developing the prototype through your input. Thank you for sharing your voice—it truly shapes our design and development of Neuroverse Kids.

Data quality note: Questions marked as required are needed to link parent and child responses and to support analysis. Optional questions may be skipped, but they help us understand your family's needs; please avoid names or identifying details in open-response answers.

Review areas: Sensitive identity questions and any responses that rely on self-description may need manual review if left blank or answered broadly. There are no file-upload fields in this form.

This survey is for support and analysis purposes only. We do not diagnose or treat any medical, psychological, or developmental conditions.
