  • Vendor spots are limited and curated. All applications are reviewed to ensure alignment with the spirit of the event—faith, art, creativity, and community. Payment of the vendor fee is required at the time of application. If your application is not accepted, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.   • If possible, we would like you to match the event colors of gold, black or cream. However this isn't a mandatory requirement. We do require that all tables are covered. If you need to rent a tablecloth, we will have them available for a nominal rental fee.

    Within 5 business days Acceptance or decline notification sent via email. Declined applicants receive a full refund.
    July 26 - 1:00 PM Setup begins at NCCHS Auditorium - no early access
    July 26 - 2:00 PM ALL vendors must be fully set up - hard deadline, no exceptions
    July 26 — 2:30 PM Doors open to attendees
    July 26 - 4:00 PM -8:00 PM Event begins
    End of event Breakdown begins - no early breakdown permitted
  • REFUND POLICY: Payment of $65 is required at the time of application. If your application is not accepted, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days of the decision. Once accepted, vendor fees are non-refundable — if you choose to withdraw after acceptance, your fee will not be returned. If the event is cancelled by ARE, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
