The remaining balance will be invoiced separately and will be due four weeks before the date of the training. Where the booking is made six weeks or less before the training the full balance will be invoiced.

DEFERRAL & CANCELLATION TERMS

Once your place is confirmed, if you decide to move dates or cancel your place the following charges will apply:-

Deferral*: >56 days = 10%; 28-56 days = 12.5%; 14-27 days = 25%; <14 days = 50%

Cancellation*: >56 days = 25%; 28-56 days = 50%; 14-27 days = 75%; <14 days = 100%

* Deferral charges apply where your training is re-scheduled to a new agreed date. Only one deferral is permitted, and for a second deferral the relevant cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation charges apply if a revised date is not available by the originally scheduled date of commencement for the training. Timescales quoted will be the number of working days' notice (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) given prior to the scheduled date(s). The applicable percentage will be invoiced accordingly, plus any upfront costs Pragmatism (UK) Ltd has incurred (we will first attempt to obtain refunds, and only non-recoverable costs will be passed on). No charges will apply if the deferral or cancellation is made by Pragmatism (UK) Ltd. Where you have already paid in excess of the deferral or cancellation fee the appropriate refund will be made by Pragmatism (UK) Ltd.
