    Eastern Interfaith Clergy Mental Health Program**

    This Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) outlines the commitments between Eastern Interfaith Clergy Mental Health (“EICMH”) and the participating Church / Faith‑Based Organization (“Partner Site”).

     
    1. Responsibilities of the Partner Church / Faith‑Based Organization
    The Partner agrees to:

    Complete Required Training — Ensure designated clergy and ministry leaders complete all EICMH Mental Health Training to become certified Mental Health Coaches.
    Maintain Active NAMI Membership — Agree that the clergy representative will join and maintain membership with NAMI.
    Provide Monthly Mental Health Presentation — Offer at least one mental‑health presentation each month at the church or community site. This may include a 3‑minute post‑service video from the Toolbox Curriculum.
    Host a Mental Health Resource Table — Maintain a visible table or area with mental‑health resources, brochures, and app information.
    Share the Mobile App — Promote and distribute the EICMH Mobile App as a resource for families, youth, and community members.
    Use the Mental Health Toolbox Curriculum — Implement the Toolbox Curriculum for workshops, presentations, and clergy coaching.
    Participate in Monthly Webinars — Attend or send a representative to the monthly EICMH Mental Health Webinar.
    Document Events — Provide photos of mental‑health events, workshops, or presentations for reporting and grant documentation.
    Allow Listing on EICMH Website — Approve the church or site to be listed as an Eastern Interfaith Clergy Mental Health Partner Site.
     
    2. Responsibilities of Eastern Interfaith Clergy Mental Health (EICMH)
    EICMH agrees to:

    Provide All Required Training — Deliver clergy training, Mental Health Coach preparation, Toolbox Curriculum, and monthly webinars.
    Seek Grant Funding — Apply for and manage grants to support mental‑health programming, staff, supplies, and community outreach.
    Establish the EICMH Committee — Form and maintain a committee to oversee training, quality assurance, and program development.
    Maintain Data and Reporting — Collect data, track participation, and prepare reports required by funders and partners.
    Support Partner Sites — Provide ongoing technical assistance, resources, and communication to ensure program success.
    List Partner Sites on Website — Add the church or organization to the official EICMH website as a certified Mental Health Partner Site.
     
    3. Term and Renewal
    This MOA becomes effective upon signature and remains active for 12 months, with automatic renewal unless either party requests changes.
