Course Request Form

Before submitting a course request, please ensure that all candidates have or are able to obtain the relevant compliance requirements needed to attend an IGA course. Candidates aged 16 and over will require a valid DBS/PVG/Garda vetting check, a safeguarding qualification, and the appropriate IGA membership uploaded and approved on the coaches JustGo profile.

If you're not affiliated to an IGA club you will have the same requirements but will need Access Coach membership.

Submitting this form does not automatically confirm a course placement.

Course requests are used to help us identify demand within different regions and disciplines. Once a course becomes available in your area, our team will contact you with further information regarding booking, compliance checks, and payment.

At IGA, we work on a demand-based system for courses. This helps us ensure that courses run successfully and reduces the likelihood of courses being cancelled due to low numbers. As part of this process, we do require a minimum number of candidates in order for a course to go ahead.

Once you have submitted this form, our team will add your details and course interest to our system. We will then contact you as soon as a suitable course becomes available within your area.

Please note:

• Our team will offer you a course placement opportunity up to three times.
• If we do not receive a response, or you do not attend/book onto a course offered, your request may be removed from our system.
• Course places can only be fully confirmed once all compliance requirements have been met and payment has been received.
