    Where major refurbishment is planned, it may be more effective to schedule filming once works are complete. For smaller changes, we’re happy to advise on whether this would have any impact on the content. For a rebrand we recommend putting this on hold until it is complete. 

    Please note that any return visits within 24 months to update content would be chargeable across all tiers.

    Plus (Approx 4hrs)

    Deliverables (Edited photos sent within 2 weeks and videos within 1 month)

    Two rounds of amendments

    • Everything in a Foundation visit
    • Photos of the different stages on the patient journey
    • 60 second promotional video that includes
      • Footage of practice interior and exterior
      • Footage of the different stages on the patient journey
      • Short promotional message explaining 'why patients should visit you'
        • Filmed with one person (usually partner) looking directly into camera or a voiceover 
        • The message pre-scripted beforehand
        • This is optional
    • 30 second look and feel video that includes
      • Footage of practice interior and exterior

    We will review the feasibility of your preferred deadline with you. Please note that our HG approved videographers and our team schedules get booked up in advance, so we recommend allowing at least 6 - 8 weeks’ notice when planning your project.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling


    We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

    Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled shoot will not incur a charge.


    Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee to cover crew time and lost availability.


    Where possible, we will always try to accommodate rescheduling; however, new dates are subject to availability.
