  • Thank you for reaching out to the American Heart Association Greater Charlotte office for your upcoming event or presentation. In order to best serve the community, all requests must be submitted online for tracking purposes. Please review our requirements below. Once your request is received and reviewed, someone will reach out to you. 

     

     

  • REQUIREMENTS ALL REQUESTS

    Because we rely on a specialized group of dedicated volunteer professionals to fulfill requests, we ask that you please note the following requirements:

    • We require a minimum of 60 days advance notice and are unable to make exceptions due to volume of requests.
    • Fulfillment of requests is not guaranteed; but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
    • Companies and organizations are limited to one event in a 12-month time period.
    • If we can fulfill your request, we will provide an e-mail confirmation.
    • Minimum attendance of 25 people for Speaking Engagements
    • Minimum attendance of 100 people for Health Fair
    • Limited printed education materials will be provided, or you can opt for digital resources.
