    5 x 10 business solutions booths for exhibitors who provide solutions to arborists, who do not require a full 10x10. This is limited to insurance providers, technology companies, HR, etc

     

    Outdoor Locations

    Outdoor booths will no longer include an indoor booth, unless you request an indoor booth. The indoor booth must be staffed at all times. We would like to eliminate empty booth space to optimize the experience for attendees.

    You may view the INDOOR FLOOR PLAN HERE.  The Business Solutions Booths are located on the right side of the floor plan.  10x20 booths will be limited this year to those already placed on the floor.

  • Do you require indoor rope access? This is an additional $350 charge.*
  • Would you like to utilize our equipment wash? This is not a detail, just a wash.*
  • Would you like to have logs delivered to your booth for demonstration purposes? Additional $500*
  • You are required to leave your outdoor booth swept clean at the end of the show. Would you like us to handle the clean up of your booth for an additional $350. If your booth is not cleaned, you will be billed the $350 after the show.*

    Your total contract value is: {total}

    A 25% no-refundable deposit ({deposit}) will be invoiced upon signature, due net 30. The remaining 75% will be invoiced January 4, 2027, due net 30. Any outstanding balanced by March 1, 2027, will results in booth forfeiture. If exhibitor agreement is signed after the above dates, 100% will be invoiced and be due net 30 or April 1, 2027, whichever comes first.
