    2. I authorize the Ware County Board of Elections & Registration to contact me by phone call, text message, email, or other means regarding election-related matters, including training, scheduling, assignments, reminders, and updates.


    3. I authorize the Ware County Board of Elections & Registration to verify my voter registration status and conduct any background checks or screenings required to determine poll worker eligibility in accordance with applicable Georgia law and county policy.


    4. I understand that appointment as a poll worker is contingent upon meeting all eligibility requirements, including successful completion of any required screenings, background verification, drug testing, and training.


    5. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee selection, appointment, or employment as a poll worker.


    6. I acknowledge that providing false, incomplete, or misleading information, or failing to meet eligibility requirements, may result in disqualification or removal from consideration.


    7. I understand that this application is for consideration as a poll worker and does not constitute employment with Ware County Government. If selected, I may be required to complete additional employment forms and documentation through the Ware County Government office.


    8. I understand that, if selected to serve as a poll worker, I may be required to provide a valid Social Security card or official verification from the Social Security Administration Office as part of the employment and onboarding process.
