9:30 to 10:00 AM: Check-in and registration open. Look for the registration tent at the entrance. If you preregistered, check in here. If not, you can register on site. We will provide your entry information at check-in.
10:00 AM: Car show opens
10:15 AM: Vehicle photos begin posting to social media
11:30 AM: Expert panel begins judging
12:30 PM: Judging ends
12:30 to 1:30 PM: Scoring and tabulation. Grab lunch, talk shop, and enjoy the lot.
1:30 PM: Awards announced
2:00 PM: Car show concludes
2:30 PM: All show vehicles must be off the dealership lot
