By checking this box you acknowledge that the allowed amount of people for the Pavilions are non negotiable. Any additional people over the allowed amount are subject to a $25 per person charge.

By checking this box, you are agreeing to abide by all rules and regulations of the Elks Lodge. Each room being rented is for a max of 3 hours at the price given above. Any extra hours needed for a reservation will be subject to an additional charge.

By checking this box, you acknowledge there is a 10% service charge on all parties booked. This is to ensure that the costs are associated with additional labor, operations, and clean up crews. This is non negotiable.

By checking this box, I am subject to a charge for (50%) of my event if cancelled less than 2 weeks from date of event.
