  • 1. By submitting this application, I acknowledge that submission of this form does not guarantee a booth assignment.

    2. Vendors will be confirmed upon receipt of payments.

    3. All booth fees are non-refundable after confirmation.

    4. Vendors are responsible for their own display materials, signage, and insurance.

    7. TheXpos Wedding Show reserves the right to approve or decline any vendor application.

    8. Vendor agrees to maintain a professional, staffed booth for the duration of the event.

    9. TheXpos Wedding Show may use photos/videos taken at the event for promotional purposes.

    10. TheXpos is not responsible for any acts of God, Fire, Strikes Terrorism or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the show from being held. TheXpos will be held harmless if they need to reschedule the event to another day. All Contracts shall be binding to the new date.
