Parade Participation Registration

Emancipation Celebration Parade Participation Waiver
I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions to have my child
participate in the Emancipation Celebration of Upson’s Parade.

I understand, that if my child does not follow these guidelines of the
parade, then my child will not be covered by the insurance provided by
the Emancipation Committee of Upson County, Inc.

I understand that the parade route begins at 900 N. Hightower Street and
ends at 500 S. Center Street and that my child will be escorted back to
900 N. Hightower Street.
