2026 Wild Horse Summit - Adoption Application Form - "Adoptables" & "Foster Horses"

Please provide contact information and your best time to be contacted. This form MUST be filled out before you can bid on a horse or burro. A PDF or printed copy needs to be available for review before you will be allowed to bid.
Adoptors for the Wild Horse Refuge Symposium Wild Horse Summit Adoption event will be able to view the horses and burros after 1pm on Saturday August 8th with a completed adoption form. No entry fee will be required with completed adoption application on Saturday August 8th after 1pm. You MUST bring a copy of your completed application or have it available on your phone. This applies to both the "Adoptables" & "Foster Horses".
