Insurance & Fees
At Boundless, we want fees to feel as transparent as possible. Here's what to know: • In-network with Aetna: Miriam Siddiq and Kiara Vaz accept Aetna. If you have Aetna, your standard copay/coinsurance applies. • Out-of-network (OON): Our standard rates are $215+ for individual sessions and $225 for couples. We'll help you verify your OON benefits and submit claims on your behalf — most clients with PPO plans receive 40–90% reimbursement depending on their plan. • Sliding scale: Available on a per-clinician basis. We're happy to discuss what's workable for you.
