  • Native Action Network (NAN) is proud to host a series of Native-led cultural celebrations during the 2026 World Soccer Games in Seattle, highlighting Indigenous culture, creativity, and entrepreneurship.

    The Native Arts, Crafts, and Products Market will feature Indigenous crafts, art, clothing, jewelry, prints, and cultural goods, promoting Native artists and businesses to an international audience during the World Soccer Games in Seattle.

    Dates:  July 2nd and 3rd, 2026

    Locations:

    July 2nd NAN office (55 bell St), Bell Harbor Conference Center Patio (Pier 66)

    July 3rd Pier 62/58

    Audience:  World Soccer Games attendees, international visitors, local community, Native youth and families

    Due to venue rules, vendors are required to carry and maintain the following minimum insurance coverage before and during any work performed at the park. Certificates of insurance (COIs) must name both parties listed below in the agreement as additional insureds.

    • Participation offers vendors:
      Exposure to local, national, and international audiences
    • Support for Native artists and economic development
    • Inclusion in a curated Native-centered cultural marketplace
    • Opportunities to connect with collectors, community members, and visitors

  • ARTS & CRAFTS VENDOR AGREEMENT

  • Parties

  • This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Native Action Network (NAN) and the undersigned Vendor.

  • Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendor agrees to:
    • Sell products consistent with their approved application
    • Ensure products are authentically represented and artist-made or Native-produced
    • Maintain a professional and respectful vendor space
    • Operate within the assigned booth footprint
    • Follow all event guidelines and vendor load-in /load-out schedules
    • Obtain commercial event insurance in accordance with guidelines set by the Friends of Waterfront Park
  • Vendor Fees & Sales

    • Vendor fee: $150 per day

    • Vendors retain 100% of their sales revenue

    • Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by NAN

      July 2nd NAN Office Belltown Tables and chairs are provided and Bell Harbor Patio- Set up will be with your own tents, tables, and chairs. 

      Please note that access to the Patio to transport items will be accessible via an elevator from Alaskan Way or by walking from Elliott Ave across the skybridge.  The NAN office at 55 Bell street is located on the 2nd floor.

      July 3rd Pier 58- Set up will include provided tents. Vendor is responsible for table and chairs

    • Each vendor will receive assigned setup and breakdown times before the event and is required to follow them

    • Unauthorized structures, generators, or equipment may not be used without approval

    • Due to the anticipated increase in international visitors and traffic associated with unloading, NAN is not responsible for any challenges related to traffic. All participants should be aware that traffic delays and limited parking may occur.

    • Due to City of Seattle regulations requiring license and venue requirements for certificate of insurance vendors may not split or share their table with other businesses, organizations, or individuals unless they have received prior written approval from NAN

  • Liability & Indemnification

  • Vendor assumes responsibility for all products, sales transactions, and vendor operations. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Native Action Network, its staff, board, volunteers, partners, and venues from any claims related to vendor participation.
  • Cancellation

  • Vendor cancellations must be submitted in writing. Failure to attend without notice may result in exclusion from future NAN events.
  • Event Changes

  • Vendor acknowledges that event dates, times, or locations may change due to World Soccer Games conditions, permits, or city requirements.
  • Agreement Acceptance

  • This Agreement becomes effective upon vendor acceptance and signature.

  • Important to Note: Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be selected to ensure a diverse and balanced Indigenous marketplace.
  • COMPLIANCE CHECKLIST

  • Before Event
  • A $10 fee can be assessed if you are unable to obtain the license in time although it is required if living in Seattle or business is located in Seattle.

  • Required Coverage:

    1. Commercial General Liability

    • $1,000,000 per occurrence
    • $2,000,000 aggregate
    • Must be Primary and Non-Contributory

    2. Commercial Automobile Liability (if vehicles will be used)

    • $1,000,000 combined single limit per accident Covers
      owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles
