    Thank you for your interest in joining our Sunshine & Shop Mercantile Pop-Up in Port Jervis, NY. We’re excited to feature local makers, small businesses, wellness brands, artists, handmade goods, boutique items, and community-centered businesses.

    This is the same day as the Port Jervis Fire Department Annual Inspection Day Parade.

    Please read carefully through the application and ensure all sections are completely filled out. Once we have received your application, we will review your information and send you an email with a payment link and vendor agreement if you have been accepted. There are limited spaces available, please understand we cannot accept everyone who applies. We will be hosting markets once a month.

    Vendor fee is $50.00. Each Vendor who is accepted will have one 10x10 outdoor space.

  • I understand and will provide a certificate of insurance to participate in the pop up market. A copy of your Certificate of Insurance is due by June 30th.*
  • Are you able to commit knowing you would have to be responsible for bringing and handling all of your own equipment? (Tables, chairs, tent, weights, etc.) Tent weights are required for all tents.*
