Supply Engine Feedback Form
  • Supply Engine Feedback Form

  • Important (read here first)

There are two reasons why this isn’t a normal feedback form:

    1. A real person will read what you say. Someone will spend hours thinking about your words and figuring out what to build. So just talk to us like we’re chatting over lunch (poor grammar, half-formed ideas, and messy dictations are fine).

    2. We avoid asking questions with a predefined answer, which would keep us from learning about new things. Those unexpected details really matter when automating something. So share anything you want (some people have sent us pages of feedback), and skip the questions that aren’t relevant to you.

  • [1/3] Feedback about specific things

Tell us about any specific things you want the Supply Engine to do, or specific issues that need to be fixed. Some examples are:

Specific criteria / things you want us to add

    • “There should be a criterion to avoid products with a Christmas sales spike.”
    • “Please let me download a csv file.”

Specific errors / problems you've found

    • “I checked and Lance’s Hardware is not based in the US. Your system incorrectly thought it was.”
    • “This product has a lower sales rate than claimed.”
    • “The criterion to avoid listings where the brand is a seller doesn’t work.”
    • “The download link doesn’t work, even when it’s new.”
  • [2/3] Harder to describe / less specific feedback

Share suggestions that are harder to put into words / more broad. This helps us find stuff we haven’t thought about yet. Some examples are:

Half-formed ideas you want us to think about

    • “Is there a way to create a sense of progress? Like watching research happen in real time?”
    • “Could you help out after sending leads? There’s still a lot of work left.”
    • “Some distributors are hard to find online. I’ve found them by looking at Google Streetview. Could you do something like this?”

    Subtle patterns you’ve noticed

    • “Scam websites use bizarre, overly flowery language.”
    • “Lots of suppliers with downloadable spreadsheets get flooded with competition.”

    Feedback that isn’t specific

    • “Your whole wiki is confusing.”
    • “I’m not really sure what some of the criteria mean.”
  • [3/3] Tell us about your day

Tell us where you spent your time. This could mean your most time-consuming work, the most repetitive tasks, or anything you spend hours doing.

  • One last thing...

Please share your name and email address below. Our developers will occasionally reach out to clarify things.
