Kids Safety Rules

• Children are not permitted to play in the kids church before the service commences.
• Children are to sit in the service with their parents until they are released to kids church.
• Parents are to collect their children straight after the service.
• If parents wish to fellowship afterwards in the Café, the children will be permitted to play in the play area only if parents supervise them.
• Children are not allowed running/playing, throwing balls/toys etc. whilst utilising the Café.
• Parents are required to notify us if their children have any allergies.
• Parents are required to sign our release forms for any child joining kids church for the first time.
• Parents are to check their kids in and out of kids church.
• All House church meetings: kids are to be in the care of their parents.
• Public events where there is no kids church, parents are required to care for their kids. Parents will still be required to sign their child into any event that we hold.
• All kids safe policies are on our website www.hyltonministries.org

We wish to thank parents for cooperating together with your assistance in conjunction with us in this regard.

Indemnity For Children’s Safety
I, hereby acknowledge that I am the parent/guardian of my children. I understand that my kids will be participating in activities or attending Joy Network Church, in the Children’s Sunday School or kids area which may involve risks to the health and safety of my children. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activity, I agree to the following:

1. Release of Liability: I release and discharge Hylton Ministries, and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability claims, demands, actions, and causes of action that may arise out of or in connection with my children’s participation in the Activity.
2. Assumption of Risk: I understand that the Activity may involve risks and hazards that are inherent in activities of this kind. I understand that my child’s participation in the Activity is voluntary and that I am responsible for ensuring that my child is physically and emotionally capable of participating in the Activity.
3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hylton Ministries, and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with my children’s participation in the Activity.
4. Medical Treatment: In the event of a medical emergency, I only authorise Hylton Ministries and its representatives to obtain medical treatment for my children and to transport children to a medical facility as necessary once iv given the ok and have been notified. I understand that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses that may be incurred on behalf of my children.
5. Governing Law: This indemnity form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. I have read this indemnity form and understand its contents. I acknowledge that I am freely and voluntarily entering in this agreement on behalf of myself and my children.

Consent & Agreement
I have read and understood the Hylton Ministries Kids Indemnity & Safety Release. I agree to the terms and conditions as the parent/guardian of the above children.
