ABOUT GODFREY LEARNING ACADEMY:
GLA is an accredited private microschool serving PreK through 8th grade in San Marcos, Texas. We operate on a 4-day instructional week with small, mixed-age classrooms, personalized learning pathways, and a curriculum built around emotional safety, student agency, and mastery-based growth. Our students are known. Our teachers have real autonomy. Our community is tight-knit and intentional.
POSITION:
3rd–5th Grade Lead Teacher; $25.00 per hour; 32 hours per week; Fridays off; Start date: August 1, 2026; $5,000 summer stipend upon contract renewal; In-person, San Marcos, Texas; Only 8 students in your classroom.
