  • Thank you for your interest in participating in the Rockin’ River Fest! Please complete the application below. All applicants will be reviewed and contacted with a confirmation and payment link upon approval.

    Vendor / Exhibitor Fees
    **IMPORTANT**
    Fees are based on your vendor type and are required per approved day of participation. Once your application is approved, you will receive a payment link to finalize your booking.

    Market in the Park Hours

    Friday: 5pm-10pm

    Saturday: 9am-5pm Vendors are welcome to stay until 10pm if they wish

    Sunday: 10am-4pm

     

    Vendor - Type Fee
    Artisan/Craft Vendor - $50 per day
    Local Business/Retail - $100 per day
    Community Organization/Nonprofit - FREE OF CHARGE

    • All exhibitors will be assigned a site number prior to the event.
    • Check-in is mandatory daily before setting up.
    • Payment must be made in full prior to setup.
    • Once your application is approved, you will receive a payment link to finalize your booking.
    • Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, signage, and permits (if applicable).
