Thank you for your interest in participating in the Rockin’ River Fest! Please complete the application below. All applicants will be reviewed and contacted with a confirmation and payment link upon approval.
Vendor / Exhibitor Fees
**IMPORTANT**
Fees are based on your vendor type and are required per approved day of participation. Once your application is approved, you will receive a payment link to finalize your booking.

Market in the Park Hours

Friday: 5pm-10pm

Saturday: 9am-5pm Vendors are welcome to stay until 10pm if they wish

Sunday: 10am-4pm

Vendor - Type Fee
Artisan/Craft Vendor - $50 per day
Local Business/Retail - $100 per day
Community Organization/Nonprofit - FREE OF CHARGE

Power and Water Acknowledgement
I understand that no power or water service will be provided by the Rockin’ River Fest organizers. If my booth or setup requires electricity or water, I am responsible for supplying my own sources (e.g., generator or water supply, tables, chairs, tents, etc.) and ensuring it complies with safety standards.
Exhibitor Check-In Policy
You must check in each day prior to setup. Setup is not permitted without check-in and payment confirmation.
Liability Disclaimer
By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that Rockin’ River Fest, its organizers, sponsors, partners, and the City of Miramichi are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, injury, or liability that may occur to me, my staff, my equipment, inventory, or any other property during my participation in the event. I understand that I am participating at my own risk and am solely responsible for ensuring the safety and security of my booth and belongings.I further agree to comply with all event rules, safety guidelines, and applicable laws. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.
Vendor Application Approval
By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that submission does not guarantee acceptance or participation in Rockin' River Fest. All vendor applications are subject to review and approval by the festival organizers. I understand that vendor selections will be made based on event needs, space availability and suitability for the festival. If my application is approved, I will be contacted directly by the festival organizers with confirmation and further participation details. I further understand that Rockin' River Fest reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion
Terms & Agreement
- All exhibitors will be assigned a site number prior to the event.
- Check-in is mandatory daily before setting up.
- Payment must be made in full prior to setup.
- Once your application is approved, you will receive a payment link to finalize your booking.
- Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, signage, and permits (if applicable).
