  • MENTEE COMMITMENT STATEMENT

    As a Mentee in the Women In Tech Mentoring Program, I understand that my participation and commitment to the program is essential to my success:

  • Engagement and Commitment:

    • I will actively seek and value the guidance of my Mentor, utilizing their insights and experiences to enrich my professional toolkit with diverse perspectives and knowledge.
    • I will schedule and attend at least one meeting per month with my Mentor to ensure consistent and meaningful engagement.

    Training and Events:

    • I will participate in the WIT Mentoring Program kick-off event to gain a comprehensive understanding of the program and establish a connection with my Mentor.

    Mentoring Group Participation:

    • I will be present and contribute to the monthly WIT Mentoring Group meetings, engaging in discussions and activities centered around the preassigned topics.

    Communication:

    • I will maintain open lines of communication with my Mentor, reaching out proactively for advice, support, or to share my experiences.

    Feedback and Collaboration:

    • I will provide constructive feedback to my Mentor and the program organizers and collaborate with my peers to enhance our collective mentoring experience.

    Personal Investment:

    • I acknowledge that the benefits I receive from this program are a reflection of my own investment and participation.
