Please complete this form to register as a vendor for the PEI MFRC Yard Sale/Craft Sale. This will be held on the gym floor of HMCS Queen Charlotte, Saturday, July 25, 2026. Doors will open for vendor set up @ 7:30am. Event opens to public @ 09:00am. Registration is $20 per table, with all funds going towards PEI Military Families and Veterans.
