    North Broward Arts invites you to be part of the Arboretum Cultural Art Show,  
    which will take place on November 14, 2026, through November 15th, 2026 10 am - 6pm Set up is Friday November 13th at 8 am, at the Arboretum, located in Constitution Park, Deerfield Beach,Fl. 2841 W Hillsboro Blv At the cost of $100 for 2 days & 10% of your sales 
     

    OTHER's category does not mean a mixture of categories; it is designated for those non-traditional creations that do not fit in any other category. 
    If using tent sides during event hours they must be white.  No colored sides may be used during advertised hours.  If you have colored sides, they must be taken down during event hours.  For safety reasons, no feather flags/easels or other non-banner signage may be used in walkways or attached to tents. 
    You must be open for full event hours; there are no one day opportunities. 
    Treat the other participants about how you would like to be treated. We are all self-employed people.  No one booth is any more important than another. 
    The Event Committee reserves the right to change any requirements for the betterment of the event. 
     
    Easy load in and load out, weather permitting.  Setup is Friday, November 13th from 8 am to 4pm    
    You will receive a setup and directions email about 14 days before the event.  Booth numbers are given out when you check in.  
     
     
    If you choose to use an EZ UP or umbrella type pop up tent, as with all tents, Weights are required  
    Booth spaces are approximately 10' wide by 10' with at least 2 feet between booths.   
    Your displays must be professional and pleasing to the eye. No handmade signs.  Your booth space should be a reflection of your creativity. 
    You must display within your allocated space and not infringe on your neighbors without show directors approval. This means no chairs out in walkways or obstructing neighbors or art show flow. 
    If invited, your booth display should reflect the pictures you sent in. If your display changes, you need to send updated photos.  Booth checks will be done Friday & Saturday mornings

    REFUND POLICY:
    There are no rain dates.  
    There will be no refunds or credits if a show is cancelled due to rain, floods, hurricanes, or any other forces of nature after logistics and advertising have been arranged!  
    There will be no refunds on artist cancellations within 60 days of the event.
