Exhibitor Rules & Agreement
🚫 DO NOT TIE HORSES TO THE NORTH CHAIN LINK FENCE

The north chain link fence has been severely damaged by horses being tied to it and is approaching full replacement. Effective immediately, this practice is prohibited.

$100 fine per horse, per infraction for the first offence.

$500 fine per horse, per infraction for any subsequent offence.

Repeat violations may result in removal from the event and a ban from future SDAS events. Fines will be invoiced to the email and address on this booking, and may be charged to the payment method used at time of registration. Unpaid fines must be settled before participation in any future SDAS event.
⚠️ POWER SITE RULE: If you have selected a Power RV Spot. Self-penning is NOT permitted at power sites. You must book at least one Covered Horse Stall for each horse you are bringing. Stall bookings can be added in the product list above.
Damage Liability: Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused by their horses, equipment, vehicles, or guests to SDAS property, including fencing, stalls, gates, and grounds. Repair costs will be invoiced to the exhibitor.
