Mobilizing Grief: Building Networks of Care
This form is designed to collect abstract proposals from individuals and community groups across diverse backgrounds and fields, including clinical practice, education, cultural perspectives, community experience, and personal stories.
We invite abstracts to consider how grief can move people to action. Through learning, sharing, and collaboration, participants explore ways to better support Nova Scotians in their experiences of grief.
We encourage presenters to submit abstracts that reflect a variety of perspectives—clinical, cultural, community-based, academic, experiential, and more. We are also mindful for inclusive, trauma-informed, and equity-oriented approaches that align with the symposium. Submissions from individuals with lived experience, as well as those from historically marginalized or underrepresented communities, are especially welcome.
Submission Due Date: July 6th, 2026
Notification of Acceptance: September 14th, 2026
Estimated Completion Time: 20-30 minutes
