  • CAA Members!

    Drop Off is August 28, 2026 from 12:30 to 1:30PM. 

    Pick Up is February 12, 2027 from 12: 30 to 1:30PM.

    Use this form to submit up to two (2 ) pieces of artwork. Include JPEG images of each piece submitted. Entry fee is $10 per piece.

    Minimum framed size is 12" x 12", or 11" x 14". Maximum framed size is 16" x 20". If submitting 3D work , it must not weigh more than 5 lbs.

    Please no nudity or volatile subjects.

    Drop off and pick up artwork on scheduled dates.  If you cannot do that, arrange for someone else to help out.  Artwork CAN NOT be stored.

    See framing standards on concordartassociation.org for requirements for framing and wiring each piece. CAA reserves the right to refuse artwork that is not framed and wired correctly.

    Fee is $10 per piece. Commission is 10%. Thank you!
