WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVE OF CLAIMS
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU WILL WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS
INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE

I, hereby acknowledge and agree that participating in paintball involves inherent risks and dangers that may result in personal injury, property damage, or death. As a condition of my participation, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

→ Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participation in paintball involves risks and dangers that may result in serious injury or death. I assume all risks associated with participation in paintball, including, but not limited to, the risks of being hit by paintballs, slipping, or falling on uneven terrain, and collisions with other participants or objects.

→ Release and Waiver of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in paintball, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and waive any and all claims, actions, or causes of action against the paintball facility, its owners, employees, and agents, for any and all personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising out of or in connection with my participation in paintball.

→ Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the paintball facility, its owners, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with my participation in paintball.

→ Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions of the paintball facility, including safety instructions, and to obey all laws and regulations applicable to my participation in paintball.

→ Acknowledgment of Understanding: I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and release, and that I am signing it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND AGREE TO IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE, OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME. MY SIGNATURE BELOW INDICATES MY AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE.
