Welcome to Soul Ascension: The Reclamation. This retreat was intentionally created for women seeking restoration, nervous system healing, emotional grounding, sacred remembrance, and reconnection beyond survival mode. Over four intimate days in Sedona, Arizona, participants will experience trauma-informed healing, somatic grounding, spiritually rooted practices, sacred ceremony, emotional integration, and restorative connection.

Private Room Experience — $3,450

Shared Room Experience — $2,850

Participants may choose to pay in full or select a monthly payment arrangement following the initial deposit. Following deposit submission, all remaining payment arrangements and invoices will be coordinated directly through the facilitator. Participants selecting a payment plan will receive individualized invoices and payment reminders based on their agreed-upon schedule. All retreat balances must be paid in full by September 15th, 2026.

Following deposit submission, each participant will receive a complimentary 20-minute introductory meeting with the facilitator prior to the retreat experience.

This meeting is intended to establish connection and rapport, review retreat expectations, answer questions, discuss support needs, and support intentional preparation.

These meetings are not psychotherapy sessions, clinical assessments, or therapeutic treatment services.

Participants are encouraged to honor their emotional, physical, and energetic boundaries throughout the retreat experience.

If at any point a participant chooses not to engage in an exercise, ceremony, discussion, or healing experience, they are welcome to quietly observe, journal privately, rest in their room, or take grounding time outdoors.

Participants are never required to disclose personal experiences or participate beyond their comfort level.

• Participants agree to refrain from alcohol consumption for at least three days prior to the retreat.
• This retreat is not equipped to provide addiction treatment, detoxification support, or crisis stabilization services.
• Participants agree to maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the identities and experiences of all attendees.
• Phone usage during ceremonies and designated integration periods is not permitted unless for emergencies.
• Possession or use of drugs or alcohol on retreat premises is prohibited and may result in dismissal without refund.
• Participants agree to engage respectfully and refrain from gossip, bullying, or harmful behavior.
• Photos, videos, recordings, or social media content involving retreat participants or ceremonies are prohibited without explicit consent.
• Participants agree to help maintain a calm, grounded, quiet, and restorative environment throughout the retreat.

Although Monique Kennedy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), participation in Soul Ascension: The Reclamation does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

Monique Kennedy is not acting as participants' retained psychotherapist, diagnosing mental health conditions, or providing psychotherapy, individualized treatment, crisis intervention, or psychiatric services within this retreat container.

This retreat is educational, experiential, spiritually informed, and supportive in nature. As a credentialed professional, Monique Kennedy may provide psychoeducation, nervous system regulation tools, somatic awareness practices, and trauma-informed guidance intended to educate and inform.

This retreat is not a substitute for inpatient care, crisis stabilization, psychiatric treatment, or emergency mental health services.

The retreat container is not equipped to safely manage active suicidal ideation, suicidal intent, recent suicide attempts, active psychosis, or severe psychiatric instability requiring higher levels of clinical care.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• 60+ days before retreat: Refund available minus deposit and administrative fees
• 30-59 days before retreat: 50% refund of payments made beyond deposit
• 29 days or less before retreat: No refunds issued

Soul Ascension: The Reclamation may document limited portions of the retreat experience through photography, video, written reflections, or participant testimonials for educational, promotional, website, and social media purposes.

Participant privacy, emotional safety, and consent are deeply respected within this retreat container.
