L'Italia Festival will take place rain or shine on Saturday September 19th, 2026, from 10:00am until 5:00pm. There is no rain date. If heavy rain is forecasted, vendors may defer their participation to the following year by contacting organizers 48 hours in advance of the event. Vendor fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the Festival for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible and we will treat your fee as a tax-deductible donation. Vendors must communicate their product offering to organizers in advance of the Festival. Only approved items may be sold.

All vendors are required to follow arrival instructions and set up on-time within the marked boundaries of their numbered spot. All pop up tents and canopies must be weighted, staked or tied to secure from wind gusts. Towing vehicles must be unhitched from trailers and parked. All personal vehicles, towing vehicles, and trucks, are to be parked in the designated 'Vendor Parking' area as noted on the map and instructed by event staff.

Vendors must keep stands & signage up until the end of the event, If sold out, Vendors may start cleaning up but stands must remain in place. All trash must be bagged, tied, and dumped in the Festival dumpster. Used frying oil and other liquid waste must be taken away by the vendor for proper offsite disposal. Any vendor who does not properly dispose of their trash will be subject to a $200 cleanup surcharge.

All vendors agree to accept 'Lititz Euro' as a form of payment during the festival at a 1:1 dollar value. For purchases made with these prepaid tokens, vendors may issue change with regular cash OR smaller denominations of Lititz Euro, but in no case shall a vendor require a customer to accept Lititz Euro as change for regular cash payments. Lititz Euro will be cashed out at the conclusion of the event for their full 1:1 dollar value. There is no commission charged on Lititz Euros and vendors are not required to accept more than $20 worth of Lititz Euro from a single quest,

Food vendors must provide proof of insurance for the day of the event and list L'Italia Festival as an additional insured. The L'Italia Festival organization will not be held responsible for any damage or loss incurred by any vendor during the event due to weather, fire, theft or any other cause.

Submission of this form or payment of a vendor fee does not guarantee acceptance. L'Italia Festival organizers reserve the right to approve or deny any application as they deem appropriate. Additional instructions and event details will be shared with vendors in advance of the Festival. Failure to comply with festival rules. regulations or instructions may result in disciplinary action including, but not limited to, the immediate termination of sales and removal from Festival grounds. I fully understand and agree to abide by the rules & regulations communicated here and in future communications from members of the festival planning committee. I commit to inform myself on and abide by all state and local rules & regulations. All members of my organization and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keystone Events Project and its agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses including attorney's fees and court costs arising from any circumstances occurring during L'Italia Festival.
