    Before requesting preventative service(s) for your solar electric system, please carefully review the services we offer outlined on this page. You can choose to have multiple preventative services done on the same day.

  • SVE Residential Solar Preventative Services Price Menu

    Mobilization fee: $150 + mileage per trip (For each trip, up to 30 miles from our office is included in the $150, then we charge $2/mi each way.)

    Solar Panel Cleaning & Restoration

    • Description: Removal of dirt, debris, and organic material to restore panel efficiency
    • Price: $300 for 6 kWh or less ($375 for 6kWh or more)
    • Notes: Includes inspection for damage or wear

    Gutter Cleaning

    • Description: Removal of leaves and debris from gutters to ensure proper water flow; Does not include removal of gutter guards
    • Price: Starts at $150
    • Notes: Prices vary based on home size and gutter length

    Rodent Deterrent (Cost per Linear Foot)

    • Description: Installation of mesh or other materials to prevent rodent access under solar panels
    • Price: $5 per linear foot ($8 for +10/12 roof pitch)
    • Notes: Suitable for locations with heavy rodent presence

    Window Cleaning

    • Description: Cleaning of exterior window surfaces
    • Price: $300 for 2 Bedroom, $450 for 3-4 Bedroom, $700 for 5-6 Bedroom
    • Notes: Additional charges apply for screens or hard-to-reach windows

    System Operations Education (30–60 Minutes)

    • Description: Guidance on monitoring system performance, understanding energy production, and basic troubleshooting
    • Price: $60/30 min or $80/1 hr
    • Notes: Ideal for new solar system owners

    Surge Arrestors Installation

    • Description: Installation of devices to protect the system from voltage spikes
    • Price: $250
    • Notes: Recommended for areas prone to lightning

    Electric Service Panel Circuit Locating & Labeling

    • Description: Identification and labeling of circuits for easy reference
    • Price: $250
    • Notes: Ensures safety and compliance

    Drone Footage & Imagery

    • Description: Aerial photography and video of the solar installation & real estate for documentation or marketing purposes
    • Price: Starts at $250 (includes 7 photos (per choice menu) + 1 short video)
    • Notes: Pricing will vary depending on location and complexity

  • Service Visit Expectations:

    • Our technician(s) will work diligently to complete all preventative services in one visit. If you select multiple services, we will communicate with you ahead of time if we believe they cannot all be completed in one visit.
    • Payment is expected on day of visit.

    Preventative Service Call Pricing:

    • $150 Mobilization Fee each trip (covers up to 30 miles from our office then $2/mi each way)
    • Each preventative service is billed in addition to the mobilization fee (+ applicable mileage charge) as outlined on the price menu below
    • Payment is required on the day of the preventative service visit. Technicians accept credit cards. If you will not be available, notify us so we can send an invoice for prepayment.
