    Join the waitlist to become a client. A text will be sent out when an appointment becomes available. If it is a last minute appointment, a text will be sent out to the first 2 people on the list (first response will get the appointment).

  • PAYMENT

    * Cash, tap & card accepted - cash is preferred!

    * A 30% non-refundable retainer fee is required for all brow lamination bookings & new client services.

    * Brow laminations are cash only for remaining balance. You have the option to pay the appointment in full online.

    * You have 24 hours to request a refund for payments made in full, this does not include the deposit.

     

    LATE/RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS

    * Please reach out when running 10 minutes late for a brow shaping & 10-20 minutes for a brow lamination.

    * If I can’t accommodate you after the 10-20 minute time frame for your service(s), you will have to rebook & pay for your remaining balance + a 30% non-refundable retainer for your new appointment.

    * Retainer fee’s are transferable for rescheduling.

    * Appointment's that need to be rescheduled within 24 hours will need to be rescheduled through me & will be required to pay the full appointment to move forward.

    * Appointment’s rescheduled 2 hours or less before your appointment will be considered a no show.

    * Same day cancellations are considered a NO SHOW.

    * NO SHOWS will need to pay their missed appointments remaining balance & next appointment in full to be scheduled again.
