  • Show Management Information

    This information assists show management with billing, earnings disbursement and stall placement.
  • I Request to be Stalled With My Trainer:*

  • Horse Stalls - $80/Night or $175 for Full Circuit

    Four bags of shavings are included with any stall selection. Additional bags can be ordered from the show office for $12 per bag.

  • Stall Coordination — Avoid Duplicate Requests

    Only one person in your group should submit stall requests. Determine which person that is before completing this form.

    I am ordering stalls for my group → Enter the total stall count and total nights needed for everyone in my group.
    Someone else is ordering stalls for me → Enter 0 stalls and None.


    Either way, use the comment section at the end of this form to note who is ordering for whom. This helps show management get an accurate count and group your barn assignments together.

     

    4 bags of shavings are included with every stall, additional bags are available for $12 each and can be ordered at the show office.

  • Number of Nights - Full Circuit & Daily Options:*

    $25 per night. 50A spots available as well as water.

  • RV Spots are First Come, First Served.

  • Show Fee Shedule:

    • Grounds Fee - $35
    • NRHA Drug Fee - $10
    • Videography Fee:
      • $12.00/Horse per Class. For classes that run concurrent, only one fee will be charged per horse.
    • RV Hook Ups:
      • $25 per night
    • Late Submission Fee - $25 for entries after 5pm June 12, 2026
      • On time entry submission helps show management and volunteers be prepared in order to provide you with the best show experience possible.

    All applicable fees will be added to your show bill.

  • Release of Claims & Acknowledgment of Fees:

    By submitting this entry, I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with equine activities and, on behalf of myself and my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, hereby release and hold harmless Show Management, the Intermountain Reining Horse Association (IRHA), and its Board of Directors, Officers, and Volunteers from any and all claims arising from loss, damage, or injury to myself, my employees, horses, or equipment in connection with any IRHA event or activity.

     

    Show Fee Acknowledgement:

    I acknowledge the fee schedule detailed above and authorize all applicable fees to be added to my show bill, payable upon checkout from the show.
