  • Arts Embassy Academy Enrollment Application

    The Arts Embassy Academy (AEA) enrollment form is designed to ensure a smooth application process for prospective students and their families. The application requires a non-refundable $50 fee and includes an interview process to evaluate the student’s creative potential, and learning style. Once accepted, students and parents will collaborate with AEA to develop a personalized "Arts Mission Map" outlining their creative journey. Enrollment is open to all students in grades 6th-12 with tuition fees varying accordingly.

  • For Full-Time Discovery ($4,500 Inc. Tech-Kit / $3,000 No Tech-Kit) - Please note if your child is a FULL TIME DISCOVERY STUDENT - they are expected to be in attendance Monday - Thursday.*
  • For Part-Time Discovery ($1,000/year) If they are PART-TIME, They are welcome to take (1) Innovative Business class & (1) Arts Discovery Class.*
  • For Part-Time Discovery + Private Instruction ($2,120/year) If they are PART-TIME, They are welcome to take (1) Innovative Business class & (1) Arts Discovery Class. + 1hr Private Instruction Session*
  • For Private Instruction Only ($1,120/year) - They WILL NOT participate in Innovative Business or Arts Discovery*

    We understand that students have busy schedules during the school year and we want to be sure we are all of the same page. Please note if your child is a FULL TIME DISCOVERY STUDENT - they are expected to be in attendance Monday - Thursday. If they are PART-TIME, They are welcome to take (1) Innovative Business class & (1) Arts Discovery Class. Please select ALL of the times you are available to be scheduled for class & private instruction

  • Interview Scheduling:

    For Discovery Path Students, we can do your interview on Zoom. You will receive an email directly after your application is complete, with the materials each student needs to complete prior to their interview and the Zoom link for your interview. If you have 2 or more children registering, you will need to book separate interview times for each. If you are completing your application after 5pm, please DO NOT schedule your interview for the following business day, you can schedule for the day after ie: You complete your application at 10pm ET on Tuesday, schedule your interview for Thursday.

  • My child:         may participate in all Arts Embassy Academy (Further known as AEA) & Church on The Living Edge (Further known as: COTLE) events for the 2025-2026 School year, calendar year. As a parent or guardian, I authorize an adult counselor to make legal decisions, medical decisions or otherwise concerning said minor during the time of AEA & COTLE events. I also agree that I will immediately notify AEA & COTLE, in writing, of any changes to the information above, medical or otherwise. I hereby release AEA & COTLE, and its sponsors of any legal responsibilities and liability in the event of an accident or injury. As a parent or guardian, I have carefully and truthfully provided all the information requested and give my permission for my child to participate in AEA & COTLE events in 2025. Both my child and I understand that he/she will be expected to obey the rules, regulations and policies of AEA & COTLE events.

    • Application & Assessment Fee ($50): Due upon submission and required for interview processing.
    • Tuition Payments: Tuition fees must be paid according to the selected plan. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of enrollment or loss of scholarship eligibility.

    I acknowledge that in the event of withdrawal or dismissal, tuition and fees will not be refunded or prorated.
