Cancellation & Refund Policy: A non-refundable deposit reserves your child's spot. Cancellations 7 or more days before the program start date receive a full refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations fewer than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable, and missed sessions cannot be refunded or credited, as spots are limited and materials are prepared in advance. For any other cancellation, fees are non-refundable, but we will make every effort to work with you if your spot can be filled. If we cancel the program for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit.
