By signing this Liability Waiver and Release of Claims (“Agreement”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in this event, including but not limited to vehicle exhibitions, motorcycle displays, vendor activities, setup/teardown, walking in event areas, and participation in related activities, involves inherent risks including property damage, bodily injury, illness, disability, or death.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.
2. Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue:
The event organizers
The hosting nonprofit organization
Sponsors
Volunteers
Venue owners/operators
Board members
Staff
Affiliates
Successors and assigns
from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me, my passengers, guests, vehicles, property, or minor children while participating in or attending the event.
3. Vehicle Responsibility
I certify that:
Any vehicle I bring to the event is properly insured and operated legally.
I am solely responsible for the condition, operation, and security of my vehicle and personal property.
I will follow all event rules, safety procedures, and directions from event staff and volunteers.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the event, including claims caused by my own actions or negligence.
5. Photo & Media Release
I grant permission to the event organizers and affiliated organizations to use photographs, video recordings, and media containing my likeness, vehicle, or participation for promotional, marketing, fundraising, and social media purposes without compensation.
6. Conduct & Removal
I understand that event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant, vehicle, vendor, or attendee for unsafe behavior, illegal activity, intoxication, harassment, or failure to comply with event rules without refund.
7. Minors
If signing on behalf of a minor participant, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and agree to all terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor.
