Cleaning Notice Agreement - We will no longer accept #2 accidents or molded seats for safety reasons. Any urine or vomit must be made known to me BEFORE booking & will be charged +$20

Liability Release Terms

1. Cleaning Service Only

Buckle & Bloom provides cleaning and cosmetic restoration services only. This service does not certify, inspect, guarantee, or verify the safety or crashworthiness of any car seat.

2. Installation Responsibility

I understand that I am solely responsible for the installation, adjustment, and use of my child’s car seat after cleaning services are completed.

Buckle & Bloom is not responsible for:

Improper installation

Incorrect harness adjustments

Future accidents or injuries

Misuse of the car seat

3. Manufacturer Guidelines

Buckle & Bloom will make reasonable efforts to follow manufacturer cleaning recommendations when available. However, I understand:

*Some stains or odors may not be fully removable

*Certain materials may discolor or wear over time

*Older or heavily soiled seats may react unpredictably to cleaning

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, I release and hold harmless Buckle & Bloom, its owner(s), employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities arising from: Cleaning services

Use or misuse of the car seat

Installation after service

Undetected defects

Manufacturer defects

Future accidents or injuries
