50% deposit required for all orders upfront. You will receive an invoice requesting payment from Stripe.
Please allow 2 week notice for all large orders and at least 1 week for smaller orders. Last minute orders may not always be accepted.
Pickup is from Orlando, Florida (32835). Delivery available upon request for an additional fee.
Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time. There will be a 15 minute grace period and after that there will be a $5 fee and continue for every hour you're late.
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, eggs, wheat, gluten, milk, and soybean. Please let us know if you have any allergies before ordering.
Once your order is picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for any damages that occurred during transport or after delivery.
Any changes to your order must be made within 48 hours before your scheduled pickup/delivery. Last-minute changes may not be honored.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds nor cancellations after 8 hours of the order being confirmed.
Cupcakes should be kept in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight. For best taste results, you should consume within 24-48 hours.
