Authorization
I certify that I am authorized to submit this advertisement and grant HAPI, HAPI Film, and the HAPI in the Chi: Power in Unity Conference permission to publish the submitted materials in the conference commemorative book and related promotional materials.
Content Approval
HAPI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, edit, or refuse any advertisement, message, image, graphic, or other submitted content that is deemed inconsistent with the mission, values, standards, objectives, or community interests of HAPI and the HAPI in the Chi: Power in Unity Conference. Submission of materials does not guarantee publication.
Advertiser Responsibility
The advertiser (person signing this form) assumes full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all submitted materials, including text, photographs, logos, trademarks, artwork, and other content. The advertiser certifies that all submitted materials are owned by the advertiser or used with the permission of the rightful owner.
Payment Policy
Advertisement space is not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed. Advertising fees are non-refundable once an advertisement has been approved and production of the commemorative book has begun.
Submission Deadline
HAPI cannot guarantee inclusion of advertisements received after the published submission deadline.
Formatting and Production
HAPI reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to advertisement sizing, formatting, and placement as necessary to meet publication requirements. HAPI is not responsible for image quality issues resulting from low-resolution or improperly formatted submissions.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
The advertiser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HAPI, HAPI Film, the HAPI in the Chi: Power in Unity Conference, and their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the publication of submitted advertising materials, including claims related to copyright infringement, trademark infringement, defamation, or unauthorized use of intellectual property.
