All Meal selections must be reserved through the Washington State Council by indicating your choices below. The meeting will be held at the Snoqualmie Inn in Snoqualmie, WA. The hotel handles its own room reservations directly; lodging is not booked or paid through this form.

Meal Cost Summary:

- Saturday Lunch: $19.00/person
- Saturday Dinner: $29.00/person
Breakfast is included with your hotel room reservation, so there is no breakfast selection below and no breakfast charge from the Washington State Council.
